The Chocolate Warehouse was established in 2001 by Natasha Caffrey. Natasha is no stranger to the chocolate business as her Grandfather Thomas Caffrey was the founder of Caffreys Confectionery in the 1930’s.
Thomas was not only a master sugar boiler but also a chocolatier and he inspired the love of chocolate through the three generations of the Caffrey family.
Thomas handed down many of the famous recipes including the delicious Caffreys Snowballs.
Still a strong favourite in its 50th year.
During Natasha's period as Marketing executive for Caffreys Confectionery she was amazed with the enormous interest of Caffreys customers seeking a knowledge of the history of chocolate .
Hence the Chocolate Warehouse was born.
